How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change your account plan from your Account page which can be accessed through the Account->Go to My Account Page menu option on the BoxCloud application. Plan changes take effect immediately but the new rate doesn't kick in till your next billing date (every 30 days from when you first signed up).


How do I cancel?

You can cancel your account at any time from your Account page which can be accessed through the Account->Go to My Account Page menu option on the BoxCloud application. Scroll towards the bottom of the page to the "Account Cancellation" section. Note that cancellation is irreversible and you'll loose your BoxCloud ID and URL.


How does the 30 day free trial work?

When you first sign-up, you are given 30 days to try any of the paid account plans for free. During the trial period you can upgrade/downgrade between account plans as many times as you need, to get a sense of which plan is right for you. Your billing cycle starts on the day you sign up under any plan (including the FREE plan), however, you don't get billed for the first 30 days and if you cancel before your first charge, you won't be billed at all.


What is the refund policy?

After your 30 day trial period, you are billed every 30 days. We do not pro-rate billing so if you cancel after day 30, no refund is issued for the unused part of that month. You are responsible for charges incurred on your account and in order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
