Are there any file size, storage or bandwidth limits?

No, no and no.

1. You can share files of any size.
2. Since your files are stored on your desktop, you are only limited by the size of your hard-drive.
3. BoxCloud does not impose any bandwidth limits. If you are on an unlimited bandwidth plan with your ISP, then you'll be able to transfer as much *stuff* as you want.
